Responsibility
- ensuring that the customer service is of the high standards at all time
- responsible for ensuring the effective working of their team over the course of a shift. They delegate tasks to their staff, set targets and goals to keep their team on track and review performance to ensure growth
- requirements and responsibilities of a Shift Manager include
- maintaining the visual merchandising to make the store attractive and keep the store in pristine condition
Requirements
- excellent communication and demonstrated people management skills
- preferably a candidate with retail experience required
- the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment
- confident, positively driven and enthusiastic
- bachelor/Master degree in relevant Business and management sector
- the ability to understand and analyse sales figures, driving profits for the store
- presentable, personable, and confident in dealing with all types of customers
- ambitious and willing to grow with the business
