- conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- call our existing clients for referal business and additional products which msy now interest them
- utilise CRM software, such as Mondays, Google calendar and float to manage customer interactions and track leads
- engage in meaningful conversations with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and feedback received
- collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up on leads generated through telemarketing efforts
- achieve daily and weekly targets set by the management team
- stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers
Requirements
- proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential
- excellent verbal communication skills in English is highly desirable
- familiarity with CRM software, particularly Mondays and Google calendar is advantageous
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team
- ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude throughout calls
- self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving goals
- full training will be given but you will not be micro managed
