• work closely with Birmingham City Council and other key stakeholders to ensure the building and grounds are well maintained
• facilitate any access required by other nominated user groups, including ensuring all UK Athletics equipment and the facility itself is protected
• ensure the effective and efficient operation of the UK Athletics Performance Innovation Centre, with responsibility for leading the facility commissioning and operational processes, including facility handover, standard operating procedures, security, cleaning, maintenance and any necessary facility certification, including health and safety compliance
• ensure the effective and efficient operation of the UK Athletics Performance & Innovation Centre, with responsibility for leading the facility commissioning and operational processes, including facility handover, standard operating procedures, security, cleaning, maintenance and any necessary facility certification, including health and safety compliance
• take a lead role in providing an outstanding elite athlete and coach experience for World Class Programme athletes attending the Centre, responding as required quickly and efficiently to staff, coaches and athletes to address emergent Athlete needs
• manage Athlete and Coach visits to the Centre, ensuring the highest quality communication and efficient transport and accommodation logistics are in place
