Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- first point of contact for answering all customer calls/enquires and will include taking and processing orders
- liaise with Sales, Despatch and Production teams regarding delivery dates, shortages, delays etc and updating customers
- dealing with an product damages and arranging replacements
- raising purchase orders and communicating with suppliers
- assisting with export duties including preparing commercial invoices, sending documentation and tracking information, arranging collection of orders
Requirements
- previous Administration/Customer Service/Supply Chain experience within the manufacturing or similar industry
- first class communication skills with proven experience in liaising with customers
- export experience would be advantageous
- the ability to use your own initiative and work well within a small team
- excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask
- proactive and flexible approach
- experience in using Office 365
- administration/customer service: 2 years
