- please note this position is Office based - No Remote working
- answer enquiries from customers regarding their insurance policies
- ensure all enquiries are explored in accordance with legislation, regulations and customer care standards
- complete necessary processes and document these to ensure enquiries for service areas are accurately recorded
- responsible for dealing with potential customer complaints and ensuring they are handled appropriately
- dealing with Companies with regarding to financial issues and queries
- use IT systems to record details of actions taken and services provided
