- ensuring that stock for delivery, collection and transfer is ready on time
- assisting with any basic fast fit work and basic servicing
- ensuring that all depot machinery is in good operational order
- reporting plant and equipment faults and action any repair within allowed budget, using Tyre Spot systems of work
- planning and implementing regular stock checks by product group
- ensure tyre check sheets are completed in compliance with Tyre Spot systems of work
- ensure customers are aware of Tyre Spot’s re-torque recommendations

- tyre fitting: 2 years
- staff management: 1 year
