Responsibility
support the General Manager and Finance Office Manager in directing Heads of Department to achieve their Key Performance Indicators
code and check invoices
to support the FOM in effectively managing the hotel’s accounts team ensuring all weekly, monthly and annual internal and statutory deadlines are met in timely manner
closely monitor hours employed on site ensuring all rotas are submitted by weekly by company deadlines and are accurate to a payroll standard
assist the central purchasing team to ensure purchasing policy is observed across the site, reporting any unit level non-compliance
