Responsibility
- support the General Manager and Finance Office Manager in directing Heads of Department to achieve their Key Performance Indicators
- code and check invoices
- to support the FOM in effectively managing the hotel’s accounts team ensuring all weekly, monthly and annual internal and statutory deadlines are met in timely manner
- closely monitor hours employed on site ensuring all rotas are submitted by weekly by company deadlines and are accurate to a payroll standard
- assist the central purchasing team to ensure purchasing policy is observed across the site, reporting any unit level non-compliance
