Responsibility

  • setting up and monitoring the embroidery process on the machines. Or printing garments with logos
  • finishing garments including steaming to remove any production marks and rebagging garments for dispatch to customers
  • performing regular machine and inventory inspections and reporting any issues
  • helping to ensure that the Embroidery /Print workroom is kept clean and tidy
  • any other reasonable duties which might be required by management
  • preparing the garments for embroidery or printing by removing packaging, framing garments, changing thread colours and loading designs from computer to embroidery machine. Or using the on-site printing machinery

Requirements

  • very busy environment where a high attention to detail and concentration is needed
  • the ability to work as part of a team is essential
  • strong computer skills ; using/learning basic production software
  • high Level verbal and written communication and organisational skills required
  • experience in Garment Printing or embroidery machines and/or design software would be helpful but not essential as full training on our machines/software can be provided
  • machine: 1 year
