quality manager

Responsibility

  • develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
  • conduct internal audits and evaluations of academic programs, administrative processes, and participant services to identify areas for improvement
  • collaborate with colleagues to assess curriculum effectiveness and alignment with learning outcomes
  • facilitate the collection and analysis of data related to performance, program outcomes, and stakeholder feedback
  • analyse data and trends to identify root causes of quality problems and develop effective solutions
  • lead initiatives to enhance the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment methodologies across all programs
  • provide training and professional development opportunities for staff members on quality assurance practices and procedures
  • serve as a liaison with external accrediting bodies, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to maintain compliance and uphold institutional standards

Requirements

  • relevant, preferably degree level, qualifications in Education, Business, Quality Management, or a related field
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, accreditation, or academic administration within the education sector
  • ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of quality management principles, standards, and best practices
  • excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights
  • strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective solutions
  • proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives and implementing process enhancements
  • detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision
  • demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
