deputy nursery manager
Working hours
- full-time | Part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the Setting
- to give support to other personnel within the Setting
- to implement the daily routine within the nursery
- assist children with personal care, including changing nappies, assisting with potty training and other associated welfare duties
- uphold and carry out the duties of the post with due regard to the Nursery’s Equality policies
- preschool
- operate a programme of activities suitable to the age range of children in your area in conjunction with other staff; ensuring that planning of activities meet the requirements of the Birth To Five Framework and/or the Foundation Phase and celebrate children’s individual needs and development
- work alongside the existing staff team to ensure that the nursery ethos is fulfilled
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
