We have been using this company for 5 years, we have never not paid our bills and they have left us high and dry. Every time they turn up to do a service we end up with multiple problems such as: fire alarms going off without there being smoke or a fire and our system showing faults continuously which we have to pay for. We had a visit on Friday 9th January and on the Monday the fire alarm goes o0ff showing a fault in the system this happens every time exactly 3 days later they come to us to service the alarms. we called them on Monday to tell them about our problems and got told to f--k off and then the person I was speaking to hung up on me, so if your a business do not touch this company with a bargepole.
