Responsibility
- you will create and improve work instructions and SOPs
- reporting to the Manufacturing Manager and a key member of the Industrial machine shop team of 12, the Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the development and implementation of methods & processes for the manufacture and repair of industrial components
- you will be responsible for estimating and controlling costs and recommending tooling, equipment and process improvements with a strong focus on efficiency and turnaround time
- generating purchase requisitions to obtain equipment / supplies and replenish inventory as required
