supporting company’s sales activities, maintaining and developing customers via our online software, dealing with customers’ enquiries, collaborating with marketing to plan and develop campaigns
responsible for works related to the business of delivering products purchased globally to consumers through our online platform, working closely with various teams
arranging parcels collection for wholesale and retail customers, communicating with customers and drivers, to ensure the schedule is running smoothly and cost-effective
reception duties, which include welcoming customers to the warehouse, processing sale in a confident and professional manner, answering general phone calls, receiving and distributing mails
