Responsibility

- supporting company’s sales activities, maintaining and developing customers via our online software, dealing with customers’ enquiries, collaborating with marketing to plan and develop campaigns
- responsible for works related to the business of delivering products purchased globally to consumers through our online platform, working closely with various teams
- arranging parcels collection for wholesale and retail customers, communicating with customers and drivers, to ensure the schedule is running smoothly and cost-effective
- reception duties, which include welcoming customers to the warehouse, processing sale in a confident and professional manner, answering general phone calls, receiving and distributing mails
