The role of the 1st Line Support Engineer is to provide IT support to clients both face-to-face and over the phone, generating tickets and escalating complex issues to higher-level support engineers. The engineer will also assist remote engineers in maintaining physical equipment in the office. The job requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in the IT Services industry at the 1st line level, and technical troubleshooting skills. The salary for this position is £25,000 per year and benefits include company pension and a referral program. The work schedule is Monday to Friday.
