Responsibility
leading the Production and Logistics Managers to deliver service within agreed timescales, quality and cost
working with courier companies to present innovative, cost-effective solutions for the final delivery of devices to the end users
warehouse accuracy and efficiency – ensuring customer owned stock is presented professionally and with high levels of availability
identify and implement possible improvements with the Technical or Business Intelligence departments on customer requirements
support through training and coaching high quality standards across the team’s output
identify and resolve technical issues within the team and liaise with colleagues and suppliers
liaise with the wider Customer team on progress of projects, orders and swaps
working with other TRG facilities to promote best practice and right first-time methodology
Requirements
working to KPIs and budgets to deliver service efficiently
proactive, self-accountable and self-motivated with the ability to perform within tight time constraints
attention to detail with the confidence to ask for help when required
experience of managing a team with a wide range of skills and responsibilities in a customer facing environment; with communication skills across all levels internally and externally
