- handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Manager or Café Manager, is preferred
- strong knowledge of food production, coffee preparation, and bartending techniques
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- proven ability to manage a team effectively
- supervising experience: 2 years
