Responsibility

• hours are 11am-8pm each day. Weekends and weekdays required
• the role is FOH providing exceptional coffee, soft serve and donuts to customers
• you’ll be a customer service champion, consistently providing exceptional service to our customers day in and day out

• \*We’re especially looking for amazing Baristas who care as much about our customers as they do about the coffee
• this is a Part Time position - 3 Days a week based in Central London. Nearest station is Oxford Circus
• we want people who understand that they are the first person our customers will have an interaction with when they come to our store, so a proactive positive approach to helping them chose what to order is always key
• our customer service is just as vital as the donuts we are serving and it’s key that whoever joins us is positive, approachable and overall detail orientated

• this role will also see you collaborate with the head chef on menu development and the creation of new flavours. Cleaning/organising and ordering of stock will also be included in the role

Requirements

• minimum 1 year in a professional kitchen environment
• experience working with yeasted doughs/breads
• training will be provided on all recipes and bakery management
