Responsibility
- processing suppliers invoices over multiple companies
- communicate with internal departments to resolve issues and obtain necessary approvals
- reconciliation of outgoing payments in the bank accounts
- managing supplier account queries in an efficient and accurate manner
- ensure invoices are approved in accordance with company policy and match purchase orders and receipts
- review payment runs before being sent for approval
- reconciliation of credit card spend
- update and maintain supplier accounts, including new supplier setup and changes
Requirements
- AAT Level 3 or higher or qualified by experience
- minimum 1 year experience working within accounts payable or similar role
- experience using Xero is preferred but not essential
- ability to work independently to achieve team goals and objectives
- high level of attention to detail
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- comfortable meeting deadlines
