Responsibility
- act as a trusted advisor to the business
- you will be responsible for managing the Company's HR functions including
- reviewing and updating our customers employment documents, including contracts, handbooks, and policies

- lead the Performance Management life-cycle process for your business areas ensuring high quality objectives, Mid-Year Reviews and Year end appraisals. Contribute to any training for the business on this as required

- CIPD qualified or have significant industry experience in the absence of qualifications
- strong HR generalist / HRBP experience within a Manufacturing environment
- you will have proven experience within an HR role

- demonstrable experience of working credibly across all levels
- you will be approachable with the ability to build relationships with personnel of all levels
- breadth of knowledge and experience within employee relations; change management; talent management; performance management; talent acquisition and reward

- you will have strong attention to detail with a supportive and positive outlook
- demonstrable experience of leading HR projects
- familiarity with a manufacturing / engineering environment is desirable
- should be self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision; strong consulting skills a must
- experience of dealing with organisational change advantageous
- experience with H&S Administration or Management is highly desirable
- strong project management and organisational skills. Detail oriented and able to multi-task
