• growing and leading the finance team, mentoring colleagues to ensure they can deliver their best work
• being a senior leadership voice across the business, supporting the existing leadership team in building culture, attitude and approach
• pulling apart our existing finance processes and building us a new infrastructure fit for our next phase of growth

• oversee daily finance processes like banking, supplier payments, creditor & debtor management
• manage payroll and interface with external providers like pensions
• produce budgets & management accounts to support critical decision making
• leading the move to a new finance software package - we have ideas about direction but open minded. Technical interest and knowledge will be a huge advantage
• support communication with external accountants and build us into a business ready to exceed the audit threshold in 2025
