flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed
high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in cleaning or related fields are a plus
Responsibility
supervisory Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the cleaning team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and reliability
quality Assurance: Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards, meeting company guidelines and client expectations
scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, ensuring adequate coverage while optimizing staff resources
training and Development: Identify training needs and provide continuous development opportunities for the cleaning team, ensuring their skills are up-to-date
equipment and Inventory Management: Oversee the proper handling, maintenance, and inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive client experience
problem Solving: Handle and resolve any operational issues efficiently, minimizing disruptions to the cleaning process
