Responsibility

- quality Assurance: Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards, meeting company guidelines and client expectations
- scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, ensuring adequate coverage while optimizing staff resources
- training and Development: Identify training needs and provide continuous development opportunities for the cleaning team, ensuring their skills are up-to-date
- equipment and Inventory Management: Oversee the proper handling, maintenance, and inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
- client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive client experience
- problem Solving: Handle and resolve any operational issues efficiently, minimizing disruptions to the cleaning process
