- customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone. Assist customers with inquiries about equipment availability, pricing, rental terms, and services offered
- order Assistance: Guide customers through the equipment rental process, from selecting the appropriate equipment for their needs to providing accurate quotes and rental agreements
