Responsibility
- due to continued growth and success, Total Security is on the lookout for an experienced Compliance Manager to join the team
- total Security is a multi-award-winning Antivirus and Security company, based in Fareham, Hampshire
- manage the companies Product & Billing practice compliance
- orchestrate a full GO audit, using third-party companies in each Country to complete this
- coordinate with external professional services to keep up to date with industry changes
- new release monitoring
- keep a log of compliance changes in the business
- manage relationships with third-party legal counsel
Requirements
- ICA Qualified, or relevant experience in this field
- commercially focussed, solutions orientated
- global SaaS experience
- awareness of e-commerce/online subscription legislation worldwide
- proven track record of successful implementation and management of compliance practices
- familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to eCommerce and data security
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
