Responsibility
- manage PPM Software System
- be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of all life and fire safety systems
- check all lights around the centre and car park to ensure they are on and functioning during trading hours
- ensure all doors are functioning correctly
- testing of emergency lights within the Centre
- testing of standby generator plant
- take meter reading for gas, electricity & water, record and manage spreadsheets
- manage Contractors for Servicing of all equipment, including life safety systems
Requirements
- have a high regard for H&S awareness
- IPAF Certificate
- 18th Edition - need to check
- legionella awareness
- knowledge of COSHH
- asbestos awareness
- maintenance Technician: 3 years
