Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • sales experience in the pump/rotating equipment replacement, repair and upgrade market
  • comfortable with direct customer contact in the industrial and utility sectors and building strong relationships
  • formulate and implement sales growth plans from the overall business strategy
  • create and execute sales opportunities
  • manage and grow existing accounts
  • break into new markets and customers
  • formulate quotations and bids as required by the Sales Department
  • discuss with customers their requirements and develop quotes

Requirements

  • minimum HNC or equivalent
  • valid UK drivers’ licence
  • ability to formulate proposals and presentations
  • good communication skills
  • self-motivated
  • good IT skills
  • in depth understanding of the sales process
  • training will be given but a level of pump/rotating equipment technical knowledge is a key requirement
