Responsibility
- taking pride in the drinks you make and the service you provide, with each cocktail delivered with style and consistency
- help to prepare the bar for service in line with the requirements of the Bar Manager and Head Bartender
- hertford House Hotel is currently recruiting a Barista/bartender to join their talented team
- have a basic understanding of spirits, cocktails and wines, and a drive to learn more about the excellent drinks we provide
- responsibility for the cleanliness of the bar, ensuring glasses are cleaned and polished, and the bar is fully stocked
- must be able to work at the weekend
- having recently been refurbished, we are looking for experienced and talented staff to help drive our venue to the next level and establish ourselves as the truly premium bar of Hertford, offering excellent cocktails, wines, and a fantastic range of spirits
Requirements
- able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment, maintaining high quality service
- looking to develop experience working across a multifunctional bar in a busy town centre hotel bar
- high standards of hygiene, working clean and tidy and maintaining a high level of personal hygiene throughout your shift
