Responsibility
- at Tonbridge School, we are looking for an IT Support Manager to join our IT & Digital team
- the successful candidate will be an active member of the IT Support Team
- they will offer escalated support services to the School community alongside the IT Support Technicians
- they will lead by example and demonstrate strong expertise and time management to the rest of the team
- this role also requires excellent leadership, mentoring and service desk management skills
Requirements
- effective teamwork and collaboration skills
- self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- second/Third-Line IT Support experience
- developing professional and effective working relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- strong technical and analytical skills
- passion for delivering a high level of customer service
- intermediate understanding of Microsoft Server Operating Systems, including Active Directory and Domain Services
- experience implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 Environments
