  • manage the client facing invoicing process working with the Finance Manager
  • deliver events including room set up and catering set up, including out of hours working
  • assist the day to day operation including, but not limited to; building opening and closing; reception cover; member and guest customer service; managing ad hoc member queries; being on call on a rotational basis
