Responsibility

  • client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals
  • service Delivery Oversight: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, and other financial services
  • strategic Advisory: Provide proactive advice on financial planning, tax efficiency, and business growth strategies
  • team Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Mentor junior staff, fostering their development
  • performance Monitoring: Regularly review client accounts, identifying opportunities for added value and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
