Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in accountancy, ideally within a client-facing role
professional qualification is preferred
strong knowledge of UK accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial planning
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms

client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals
service Delivery Oversight: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, and other financial services
strategic Advisory: Provide proactive advice on financial planning, tax efficiency, and business growth strategies
team Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Mentor junior staff, fostering their development
performance Monitoring: Regularly review client accounts, identifying opportunities for added value and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
