- TM Healthcare Services is a fast growing organisation providing care and support to young people in Derbyshire with a wide range of needs. We are currently seeking for highly motivated senior support workers to join our friendly team in Derby
- although we value relevant experience of supporting young people , you do not need to have prior experience if you can demonstrate a ‘can-do approach’, person-centred values, energy and commitment
- the senior support worker will support young people on 1:1 in semi-independent accommodation which is located 10 minutes away from Derby City Centre
- in your role as senior support worker, you will be supporting young people on 1:1 within the home and out in the community
