Responsibility
- supervising and deploying all Court staff in accordance with the authorised budget
- reviewing performance of staff through regular one-to-one supervision and annual appraisal
- liaising with contracted services such as gardeners, window cleaners and general maintenance contractors and negotiating contracts to obtain best value
- providing assistance/ personal care to Owners in an emergency situation
- understanding the needs of older people to ensure continued independence and an optimum quality of life for all Owners
- producing quarterly court accounts for the Court Accountant
- dealing with all building issues in consultation with the Court Surveyor
- all aspects of the day-to-day running of the Court, in particular, supervision of the team of Duty Managers, Housekeeping Assistants who provide domestic help to Owners, also Cooks, Gardeners and Handymen
