- engage in complex production impacting technical issues and work to troubleshoot and restore service
- collaboration with other technical Infrastructure Teams
- collaboration with Application SMEs
- collaboration with Business Information Security Officers on protocol risk
- lead overall technical implementation for large and complex Network Programs
- develop documentation and capacity plans
- contribute to the development of various automations with various network hardware to include but not limited to Cisco Data Centre and User Access service offerings, F5 Load Balancers, Palo Alto Firewalls, NGNIX Application Deployment Orchestration tools, and Riverbed Monitoring tools
Requirements
- knowledge of routing and switching hardware platforms architecture, forwarding and data planes
- three years’ experience supporting, monitoring, configuring, and implementing enterprise networks with diverse solutions from multiple vendors on a large enterprise and global scale
- experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements and translating into creditable, high quality and resilient designs based upon the organization’s roadmaps and standards
- deep understanding and experience with routing protocols and network protocols
