Responsibility
- support the implementation of organisational policies and care philosophies
- assist in maintaining financial records in line with company policies
- participate in staff meetings and young people’s reviews as required
- report any illnesses, accidents, or concerns to Senior Staff or Management
- ensure each young person's needs are met through effective assessment and care planning
- support service reviews and quality improvement initiatives
- assist young people in developing essential life skills, participating in education, and engaging in recreational activities
- maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection policies
Requirements
- ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- flexible and innovative approach to care
- commitment to the values and objectives of the organisation
- full UK driving licence and willingness to use own vehicle when required
- understanding of emotional, behavioural, and learning difficulties in children and young people
- understanding of care planning systems
- self-motivation, flexibility, and reliability
- commitment to providing a person-centred service that respects the needs and wishes of each young person
