THRIVE PERSONAL TRAINING is looking for employees for positions:
personal trainer
Responsibility
- confidently lead small group personal training sessions of 4 members
- work with members to set appropriate goals and a plan of action to achieving them
- check-in with your assigned members weekly and assist them where necessary
- design first-class training programmes for 1-1 clients and coach them through it in sessions
- educate members and clients on perfect exercise technique and other topics in the realm of health and fitness
- be active and engage with all THRIVE members and the team
- make members feel comfortable and guide them to gain confidence in themselves, their training, and in the studio
- be knowledgable of and practice THRIVE's core values and processes
Requirements
- highly technical and knowledgable
- minimum Level 3 Personal Training qualification
- have a growth mindset, actively upskilling and working on themselves, and open to change and adopting new philosophies
- alternative health and fitness qualification desirable
- be observant and aware to pick up on anything that should be improved
- faultless organisational skills
- speaks clearly and concisely
- experience coaching the 'everyday person' who has minimal or no experience training
