Poor service, communication and manners. After saying you want the work on our vehicle it took 4 days and multiple chasing phone calls from us for you to tell what we already knew, ‘the engine is knackered and it won’t start’. When asked what was wrong with it they said they didn’t know and it was an internal problem, again we already knew this and was with you for diagnostics and a full report after asking for this due to legal reasons. You clearly did no work to the vehicle and tried to charge us (!) and then after telling me you didn’t want the work because it was too much effort you then wanted to charge us to move it too. You put the phone down on me for no reason and we have also left with a MASSIVE dent in the back of the vehicle that wasn’t there when the vehicle was dropped off! Appalling behaviour and I will be contacting trading standards. It’s a shame rogue traders isn’t still be aired …
That sounds really frustrating. Have you managed to find another garage that could help with the diagnostics and repair? Also, were they able to provide any sort of explanation for the new dent in your vehicle?
