Bought our house as a chain break which we thought was great until they seemed to forget they weren’t working business to business, they were buying from a family with a newborn. Forced us all to pay half their stamp duty and then decided a week before what should have been exchange that we needed to pay for electrical works highlighted on the EICR provided to them months before. Never formally agreed to this but they kept our £500 clean and tidy retention anyway (without making us aware this was what they were doing) after we had also paid £430 for a cleaner due to recovering from a c section.

This is my first experience with fairgrove homes and looking forward with our first home with them. One thing i have noticed is their unique style of building and structure which i havent seen with other groups and tats what stood out. Also i should have thanked (deleted by the administrator)whom we shared our thoughts and discussions happened and she is one of the reasons that we proceeded with them. She is very friendly, understandable and approachable. So far so good and hope we can step into our new nest soon.

Been treated really good. House is coming on great.
