Responsibility
- main point of contact for customers, will provide high levels of customer service at all times
- ensure a welcoming, efficient, and responsive reception service for customers, telephone callers and visitors to the garage
- create invoices, take payments, and handle cash with accuracy
- book in appointments for MOT tests, vehicle work, and services
- answer calls and reply to emails
- order vehicle parts and liaise with suppliers
Requirements
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- PC literate
- possess an excellent understanding of customer service and be polite and professional at all times
- previous experience within an administrative/receptionist role
- previous Garage workshop experience is preferred, but not necessary as training will be provided
