Responsibility

  • drafting tenancy/contract agreements and preparing move-in paperwork
  • processing appointments and feedback to landlords/tenants
  • dealing with incoming enquiries via email and telephone
  • dealing with property maintenance and liaising with contractors
  • arranging Occupational Contracts
  • dealing with the council/utility companies to discuss bills and charges
  • conducting tenant referencing

Requirements

  • personable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • able to use your own initiative and be proactive when managing your workload
  • highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • computer literate – essential working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, desirable knowledge of Jupix
  • industry/Lettings Admin experience highly preferable
