- we are currently looking for a strong, experienced Sous Chef to join our award-winning kitchen team at The Old Crown Coaching Inn in Farringdon
- this is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, fun but ambitious kitchen team in a state of the art kitchen under the guidance of our resident head chef Samuel Squires
- this role would suit a dynamic, experienced Sous Chef, who is looking to further their career in an incredibly successful upcoming company with uncapped opportunities, alongside putting your own stamp on the restaurant with creative menus
- ideally candidates will have 2+ years’ experience as a Sous Chef
- takes pride in their work and keeps in front of market trends, adjacent to maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of current Health and Safety & Food Hygiene
