- manage the Director's office, maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
- manage the Director's calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events efficiently
- we are committed to enhancing our Client’s lives by advising and facilitating financial solutions giving prosperity, security and peace of mind
- coordinate and manage administrative projects and tasks as assigned
- act as the primary point of contact, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- draft, proofread, and edit documents, correspondence, and reports with a high level of accuracy
Requirements
- previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role is preferred
- strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- professional manner with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels
- discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
- proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of our small team
