Requirements
- full UK driving licence; able to tow a trailer & willing to travel
- good Catering & Hospitality experience
- mobile Catering & Hospitality experience
- great client, customer relation & supplier negotiation skills
- self Driven, Professional & Energetic
- able to stay away from home for long periods of time, sometimes camping is required
- able to adapt & use different skill sets
- able to work under pressure
