Responsibility
- to accurately review all due diligence paperwork
- input operational data as required, update performance in shift start-up meetings, morning meetings and shift handovers
- plan labour requirements for shift and react to changes, including planning of agency staff
- to act as site custodian in absence of senior management
- to ensure site production quality is against standard and ensure team take corrective action to bring process into control as required
- to ensure all production and production team comply with health, safety, environmental and food safety procedures, work instructions and safe systems of work
- to ensure cleanliness of production areas to defined standard
- to escalate issues to the Operations Manager in a timely manner
