- as Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen

- training and supporting your brigade to produce exceptional quality dishes

- placing accurate orders on time to maintain a smooth service for our guests and maintain stock holding

- evidence of strong financial control – Margins, payroll, P&L analysis
- evidence of successful venue management alongside GM in a previous role
- confidence with finding solutions and resilience to daily challenges
- determination to make your venue shine
- experience of working within a fast-paced food business
- comfortable allowing your personality to shine working within a brigade of 12 chefs
