pick & pack our valued customer orders for quick dispatch
deliver a friendly service, smiling, greeting and making eye contact with every customer you come into contact with
operate tills accurately and efficiently, to provide a positive customer experience
advising our customers face to face, by phone and email
carry out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy
maintaining a clean workstation as well as other areas of the shop & warehouse
working on the shop floor you will assist in all aspects of our customer service, making sure our valued customers receive a consistently excellent experience when shopping with us both online and in store
Requirements
experience of working in a fast-paced Retail environment and Customer Service
good computer skills
A can-do attitude with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask
to be able to work flexibly including weekends
good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
A willingness to learn new skills and a good problem solver
