Responsibility
- to support the Senior Leadership Team and Unit Managers with all employment relation issues
- supervise and manage the Business Unit Team on a daily basis, providing recorded supervision on a monthly basis
- to support the Senior Leadership Team in any projects
- develop and maintain job adverts, job descriptions and person specifications
- to ensure all employees receive a company induction
- maintain all employee records ensuring data accuracy and compliance in line with GDPR
- to manage disputes and complex case management are resolved satisfactorily within the expected timeframe in line with legislation and good practice, reporting any concerns to the Senior Leadership Team
- maintain effective relationships with employees ensuring consultation and communication practices are routinely adopted to enable the Senior Leadership Team to make effective decisions
