Responsibility
- create precise project plans and briefs, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with account leads, senior management and stakeholders
- forge and maintain client relationships
- manage/oversee and assist with all relevant duties pre, on-site and post exhibition installation
- manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking
- take jobs from initial concept, design or brief to the final finished stand or event
- manage the administrative requirements as well as ensuring the right colleagues are assigned to the brief- this may include Freelancers
- prepare and maintain accurate project plans and schedules, acting appropriately should the activity change
- issue quotations to meet clients’ specifications and budgets
Requirements
- time served knowledge of account management and commercial responsibilities

- previous Project Management experience, preferably in a marketing, creative or digital agency/consultancy setting
- previous Project Management gained from within Exhibitions or allied field
- prior experience in event and exhibition planning and project management
- proven experience of working in an exhibition / event management environment
- \*Proven experience of working in an exhibition / event management environment
- experience of managing diverse project portfolios, including websites, social media campaigns, e-commerce solutions, SEO optimisation, content creation, and PPC strategies
