Requirements

  • you've got a proven track record in managing CRM with a penchant for data-driven strategies
  • your mastery of Klaviyo for email marketing and automation is unparalleled
  • you can turn data into gold by interpreting it, deriving insights, and making strategic recommendations
  • with your experience, you can plan and execute direct mail campaigns that leave a lasting impression, complementing our digital CRM strategies
  • you're a pro at customer segmentation techniques and best practices
  • you have the gift of analysing customer data to understand shopping behavior, search patterns, and geographic distribution
  • your organisational skills are legendary, ensuring our customer lists and contact data are always shipshape
  • innovative thinking is your forte, especially when it comes to creating engaging and conversion-focused customer communications
