Responsibility
- conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop personalised treatment plans for patients

- provide crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric services as needed
- stay abreast of advancements in psychiatry and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices

- mentor and supervise junior medical staff and contribute to their professional development
Requirements
- medical degree and board certification in psychiatry
- valid state medical license and DEA registration
- proven experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist, with a strong clinical background in adult and/or child psychiatry
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- understanding and adherence to ethical and legal standards in psychiatric practice
