- their responsibilities include frequently opening and closing the pub, running shifts, maintaining a positive working environment, managing the cellar, stock taking, product ordering, supporting the General Manager in the running of the pub and being responsible for the end of day cash up, as well as general front of house duties , serving customers etc
- salary starting at £26,000 is negotiable depending on experience
- tips can amount to an extra £3000-£5000 per year
- there is also a possibility for progression within the business and at our sister pub in Wells for those that want to push themselves further for more opportunities
