- sunday Roasts are particularly popular and is an important and fun day for the pub
- we use nice ingredients from the likes of Swaledale Butchers bringing us grass fed rare breed meat
- we make almost all food in house from scratch
- £37,000 per annum based on a 40 hour working week. Pay rise to £40k in two months if hitting sales targets. Plus bonus of up to £5k annually based on GP% stock results
- the Axe is an independent craft beer and food pub in Stoke Newington, with a big crowd of lovely locals coming for the food as much as for the beer
- as an established and well-loved pub it is reliably busy every day of the week, especially in the colder months of the year
- we use high quality ingredients and treat them simply and with care to create a quite classic and delicious modern European menu with a lean towards British pub classics
- we put a lot of focus on trying to create a positive working environment and a good work-life balance
